How much does a Shopify developer actually cost?
It varies wildly. Freelancers charge £500–£5,000. Agencies charge £10,000–£100,000+. We sit in the sweet spot: £2,500–£4,000 for a focused sprint with founder-level execution. You get agency quality at a fraction of the cost because there's no overhead — just two people doing the work.
What's the difference between the 2-week and 3-week sprint?
Scope. The 2-week sprint is perfect for focused tasks — a redesign of 1–3 pages, CRO work, SEO optimisation, or a single product store. The 3-week sprint handles full store builds, major redesigns, branding + development, and complex multi-page projects. We'll recommend the right one during scoping.
Are there any hidden costs?
Zero. The price you see is the price you pay. No hourly tracking, no surprise invoices, no "oh we need an extra week" upsells. Scope is locked before we start. If something takes longer than expected, that's on us — not your wallet.
How does payment work through Fiverr?
We use Fiverr's milestone system. For larger projects, we split the work into milestones — you only pay when each milestone is delivered and approved. Your money is held in escrow by Fiverr until you're satisfied. Zero payment risk.
What if my project is bigger than a 3-week sprint?
No problem. We do custom quotes for larger builds — multi-language stores, B2B setups, complex app integrations, etc. Get in touch and we'll scope it together. Pricing is always flat-rate, never hourly.
Do you offer ongoing retainers or monthly support?
We offer optional monthly retainers for clients who want ongoing support — bug fixes, small feature requests, content updates, and priority access to sprint slots. These start at £300/month. Most clients don't need one, but it's there if you do.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. You can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get instant access to the extra hours and features. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. No penalties, no drama.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalties. The Unlimited plan can also be paused — so if you have a quiet month, just pause and resume when you need us again.
How do unlimited requests work?
You can submit as many requests as you like. We work on one request at a time and deliver within 48-72 hours. Once it's done, we move to the next one. There's no cap on the number of requests — just a queue. Most clients cycle through 8-15 requests per month.
What counts as a request?
A request is any single, clearly defined task. Examples: build a new custom section, fix a mobile layout bug, update product descriptions, add a new page, optimise page speed, implement an A/B test. If a request is too large, we'll break it into smaller tasks together.
How fast is turnaround?
