Something bigger? Something custom?

Need a new brand identity, a platform migration, B2B or a complex integration? We scope these separately and provide a fixed quote. They are not included in either sprint.

Custom Design

Design tailored to your brand and the pages or features agreed in your scope.

Custom Liquid & CSS

Clean, maintainable code. Custom sections, blocks, and dynamic features — no janky third-party bloat.

Mobile-First Build

70%+ of traffic is mobile. Every page is designed and tested on real devices first.

Speed Optimisation

Image compression, lazy loading, code splitting. We target sub-3-second load times on mobile.

SEO Foundations

Meta tags, schema markup, heading hierarchy, and internal linking. The ground floor every store needs.

Daily Progress Updates

You see visible progress every single day. Feedback loops are tight and communication is transparent.

How much does a sprint cost?
A focused improvement sprint is £2,500. A clearly scoped store build or redesign is £5,000. Both include direct work with Declan and Megan. Branding, platform migrations and complex integrations are quoted separately.
What is included in each sprint?
The £2,500 sprint covers one agreed improvement project, such as conversion work, speed fixes, a feature build or a focused redesign of up to 3 pages. These are alternatives, not a bundle. The £5,000 sprint covers one store build or redesign with up to 7 agreed pages or templates, using your existing brand assets. We document the deliverables, app setup and exclusions before you book.
What happens if the scope changes?
Your agreed scope has a fixed price. If our work takes longer than estimated, we do not charge more for that same scope. New pages, features or additional revision rounds are separate work: we agree any extra cost and revised schedule with you before proceeding. Shopify subscriptions, paid themes and third-party apps are separate costs, identified during scoping.
How does payment work?
50% upfront to book the agreed project and 50% on completion after you approve the delivery. Payments are processed securely via Square in GBP. We confirm the scope and payment details in your proposal before you commit.
When does the sprint start?
We agree a start date once the scope is approved and your content, brand assets, store access and required approvals are ready. The two- or three-week delivery window starts then, not on your first enquiry. It pauses while we wait for your feedback, missing materials or third-party dependencies. We confirm a revised delivery date if a pause is needed.
Can I use a monthly plan instead of a build sprint?
Monthly plans are for ongoing support and incremental improvements to an existing store. They do not include a full store build, major redesign, rebrand or migration. Unlimited means an ongoing queue of agreed individual tasks, delivered one at a time, not unlimited project scope or a guaranteed full rebuild in a month.

What's included in a retainer?
Each plan comes with a set number of development hours per month. You submit requests, we prioritise and deliver. Everything from bug fixes and design tweaks to new custom sections, SEO improvements, and CRO analysis — depending on your tier. Unused hours don't roll over, but most clients use every minute.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. You can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get instant access to the extra hours and features. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. No penalties, no drama.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalties. The Unlimited plan can also be paused — so if you have a quiet month, just pause and resume when you need us again.
How do unlimited requests work?
You can submit as many requests as you like. We work on one request at a time and deliver within 48-72 hours. Once it's done, we move to the next one. There's no cap on the number of requests — just a queue. Most clients cycle through 8-15 requests per month.
What counts as a request?
A request is any single, clearly defined task. Examples: build a new custom section, fix a mobile layout bug, update product descriptions, add a new page, optimise page speed, implement an A/B test. If a request is too large, we'll break it into smaller tasks together.
How fast is turnaround?
Response times depend on your plan — Basic gets 48hr response, Medium gets 24hr, Pro gets same-day, and Unlimited delivers completed work within 48-72 hours. Actual turnaround for tasks depends on complexity, but we always communicate timelines upfront.
