Operator before agency owner
Fifteen years learning what makes a store work.
Declan started building online businesses long before Neat Digital had a name. He taught himself design and development, launched his own ecommerce stores, grew them and sold them. The first breakout was a hoverboard store in 2015, followed by more successful stores built from the same first-hand playbook.
That operator experience still shapes every decision we make. We understand the pressure behind the screen because we have managed products, margins, customers and growth ourselves. A store is never just a design exercise. It has to work as a business.
