01What is the Neat sprint model?+
A Neat sprint is a focused delivery window with a clear scope, visible progress and the same two senior people involved from briefing through build and handover. The exact duration depends on the work and is agreed before the project starts.
02How do I hire Neat Digital for a Shopify project?+
Start on our contact page and tell us what the store needs. We will review the brief, ask the useful questions and return with a clear scope, delivery route and price before you commit.
03Do you work with brands outside the UK?+
Yes. We are based in Scotland and work remotely with brands across the UK, US and other international markets. The workflow is designed to keep communication clear across time zones.
04Who actually works on my project?+
Declan and Megan, the founders. Declan leads design and development. Megan leads projects and copy. We do not sell the work and hand it to a junior team.

01How much does it cost to hire a Shopify developer?+
The 2-Week Sprint is £2,500 for one agreed improvement project. The 3-Week Sprint is £5,000 for one build or redesign using your existing brand, with up to 7 agreed pages or templates. Branding, migrations and complex integrations are separately quoted. We confirm scope before you book.
02What Shopify services do you offer?+
We design and build new Shopify stores, redesign existing stores, customise themes, improve conversion, strengthen SEO and speed, migrate stores to Shopify, deliver Shopify Plus work and create connected brand identities.
03Do you offer ongoing support?+
Yes. Basic is £300 for 5 hours per month, Medium £750 for 12 hours, Pro £1,500 for 20 hours, and Unlimited £2,500 per month. Monthly plans cover ongoing support and incremental improvements to an existing store. Full builds, major redesigns, new branding, migrations and complex integrations are scoped separately. Unlimited is a queue of agreed individual tasks, delivered one at a time.
04Can you work with an existing Shopify store?+
Yes. We can audit, redesign, repair or extend an existing Shopify store. Work is completed in an unpublished theme so the live storefront stays protected until the changes are approved.

01Are you official Shopify Partners?+
Yes. Neat Digital is a Shopify Partner team with extensive experience across new builds, redesigns, migrations, conversion work and Shopify Plus requirements.
02Do you use themes or build everything from scratch?+
We choose the right foundation for the job. A strong Shopify theme can be extended with bespoke sections and code, while more unusual requirements may need a more custom build. The goal is a distinctive store that remains maintainable.
03Will my store be mobile friendly?+
Yes. Mobile is considered from the first layout, not checked at the end. Touch targets, hierarchy, media, performance and buying journeys are tested on small screens as part of QA.
04Can you preserve SEO during a redesign or migration?+
Yes. Existing URLs, metadata and valuable content are preserved wherever possible. Necessary URL changes are mapped with redirects, and the affected templates and journeys are verified before launch.
