How much does a Shopify store cost with Neat?
Design sprints are fixed price. A two-week sprint starts at £2,500 and a three-week sprint at £4,000, with retainers from £300 a month. You get the number before we start and it does not move.
How long does a build take?
Most new stores and redesigns launch inside a two or three-week sprint. Larger migrations and custom development are scoped as phased sprints so you still get a live store early.
Who actually does the work?
Declan handles design and development. Megan handles projects and copy. You work directly with both of us throughout, with no account managers, junior hand-offs or outsourcing.
Do you work with brands outside Scotland?
Yes. We are based in Scotland and work with Shopify brands across the UK and internationally. Everything runs remotely with a shared workspace, so location never slows a project down.
Are you a Shopify Plus Partner?
Yes. Neat Digital is a Shopify Plus Partner agency. We build for both standard Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants and keep up with every platform release, including the Horizon theme framework.
Can I edit the store myself afterwards?
Every section we build is editable in the Shopify theme editor, and we record a walkthrough at handover. You should never need a developer to change a headline, image or product.
