What's included in the monthly hours?
Basic includes 5 hours, Medium 12 hours and Pro 20 hours per month. Monthly plans cover ongoing support and incremental improvements to an existing store. Full builds, major redesigns, new branding, migrations and complex integrations are scoped separately. Unlimited is a queue of agreed individual tasks, delivered one at a time. We track hours transparently and share a summary each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Anytime. Upgrade mid-month and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-in, no penalties.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. Month-to-month billing. Cancel or pause anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing date. We keep clients because the work speaks for itself, not because of fine print.
How do unlimited requests work?
Submit as many requests as you want. We work on one at a time, delivering each within 48-72 hours. Once it's done, we move to the next one. It's like having a full-time Shopify developer without the salary, benefits, or management overhead.
What counts as a single request?
A request is one defined task — build a new section, fix a bug, update a product page layout, add a feature. If a task is large enough to be multiple requests, we'll let you know upfront and break it down together.
How fast is turnaround?
Basic: 48hr response. Medium: 24hr. Pro: same-day. Unlimited: 48-72hr per request delivery. These are response and delivery times, not acknowledgement times — we actually work on your request, not just reply to your email.
