The Challenge
Revive and Lift is an authorised dealer for premium fitness brands like TKO, York Barbell, Defiant Strength and SportsPlay, with 513+ products spanning $100 to $11,000+. The existing Prestige theme felt static and template-driven — it didn't match the price point, was loading 49 third-party scripts, and the navigation couldn't surface 59 collections without burying them. Conversion was being killed by design before customers ever reached the spec sheet.
Our Approach
We migrated the entire store from Prestige to a fully custom Horizon Pro v2 build, designed an 8-tab visual mega menu architecture covering all 59 collections three levels deep, and built a cinematic homepage and product experience tuned for high-ticket commerce. Every section uses GSAP scroll choreography, dark scheme with gold accents, and conversion mechanics — financing calculator, brand auto-match, and a smart upsell module that hooks into Shopify's complementary_products metafield.
