02How long does a migration take?+
It depends on catalogue size, data quality, integrations and custom features. We audit those variables before confirming a realistic plan.
03What happens to custom functionality?+
We document each important feature and decide whether it should be rebuilt natively, handled by an app or developed as a custom Shopify feature.
04Can customer passwords move across?+
Passwords cannot normally be migrated for security reasons. We plan the customer activation or password-reset journey as part of launch.
