Custom Shopify app + AI workspace

Give your AI arms, legs and a brain for your Shopify store.

We build a private Shopify app for your store. That app gives your AI safe, controlled access to do real work: design pages, develop sections, improve product pages, write content, strengthen SEO, increase conversion rate and manage store tasks.

Then we build the brain: a trained workspace folder with your brand, products, theme, pages, rules, guardrails and proven workflows baked in.

Custom app Built for your Shopify store, not a generic plugin.
AI brain folder Your store context, safety rules and workflows in one place.
Use Codex or Claude Give your chosen AI the folder and it knows what to do.

What it is

A custom Shopify AI setup with two parts.

This is not another chatbot widget. It is a working setup that lets your AI understand the store and take action inside it, while still following clear safety rules.

Part 1 - arms and legs

The custom Shopify app

We develop and install a private app for your store. This is the access layer that lets the AI do real Shopify work instead of only giving advice.

  • Theme file access for sections, templates, CSS and scripts.
  • Product, collection, page, blog and SEO access.
  • Safe scopes designed around what you actually want the AI to do.
  • Approval rules for live theme publishing and sensitive changes.
Part 2 - the brain

The AI workspace folder

We create a folder that Codex, Claude or another capable AI can use as its operating base. It holds the store memory and the rules of the road.

  • Your brand voice, positioning, colours, products and priorities.
  • Your Shopify theme structure, pages, templates and known quirks.
  • Workflows for design, development, SEO, CRO, content and QA.
  • Guardrails for approvals, live changes, data privacy and rollback.

How it works

We build it once, then your AI has the context to keep helping.

The setup is deliberately simple for you. You approve access, we build the app and workspace, then you open the folder with Codex or Claude whenever you want store work done.

01

You share store access

Send your Shopify URL and collaborator code. We request access and confirm the work the AI should be allowed to do.

02

We build the app

The private Shopify app gives the AI controlled access to theme, content, products, SEO and store operations.

03

We build the brain

The workspace folder is loaded with your store knowledge, safety rules, examples, workflows and useful commands.

04

You start asking

Open the folder with Codex or Claude and ask for store work. The AI already knows the store and the rules.

What it can do

A practical AI operator for design, development, SEO, CRO and content.

You are not buying a magic button. You are giving a capable AI the access, memory and workflows it needs to produce real Shopify work much faster.

D

Design and build new pages

Ask for a landing page, seasonal campaign, about page, quiz page or offer page with custom sections and animation.

C

Improve conversion rate

Build product-page sections, sticky CTAs, comparison blocks, FAQs, bundles, trust sections and merchandising ideas.

S

Increase SEO coverage

Write metadata, collection copy, blog briefs, internal links, schema notes, alt text and technical SEO action lists.

P

Manage products and collections

Clean up product copy, product types, tags, collections, metafields, comparison content and launch checklists.

W

Write useful content

Create emails, blogs, page copy, offer copy, product descriptions, support content and customer-facing explanations.

Q

Check and QA work

Review theme changes, find broken copy, check mobile issues, prepare rollback notes and explain exactly what changed.

Example asks

What you can ask it to do.

Use normal language. The point of the setup is that the AI already has your store context and the ability to act.

Design a new product page sectionFor reviews, ingredients, bundles, comparisons, FAQs or social proof.
Build a full new pageWith custom sections, responsive layout, copy, animation and SEO basics.
Improve this collection pageRewrite the intro, add internal links, suggest filters and improve merchandising.
Find CRO opportunitiesAudit a product page and create a prioritized action plan with implementation notes.
Write 10 blog briefsBased on your products, customers, search intent and internal linking opportunities.
Prepare a safe theme changePull files, edit a duplicate theme, summarize changes and wait for approval to publish.
Clean up product SEOTitles, meta descriptions, alt text, product copy, tags and collection relationships.
Create a weekly action planWhat to fix, what to write, what to test and what to ship next.

What it saves

Less briefing, fewer small retainers, faster first-pass work.

A trained AI operator will not replace every specialist forever. It does reduce how often you need to brief one-off design, development, copy, SEO and admin jobs from scratch.

Hiring everything separately

  • Shopify developer£80-£120/hr
  • Designer£50-£100/hr
  • Copywriter£300-£800/project
  • SEO support£500-£2,000/mo
  • Store admin or VA£300-£800/mo

You also manage the briefs, feedback, handovers and waiting time between people.

One trained store operator

  • Custom Shopify appincluded
  • AI workspace brainincluded
  • Brand and product memoryincluded
  • Design, dev, CRO, SEO and copy workflowsincluded
  • Monthly operating setupfrom £500/mo

The saving is not just cost. It is speed: the AI starts with the store context instead of asking you to re-explain everything.

Packages

Choose how much of the store and business the AI should understand.

Both packages include the two things that matter: the custom Shopify app and the AI workspace folder. Both also include lifetime support, so we keep the brain useful, update the workspace as your store changes and help you get the most out of the setup over time.

Store

AI Store Manager

For Shopify stores that want an AI operator for theme work, product pages, CRO sections, SEO, content and day-to-day store improvements.

£500 /mo £1,000 setup
  • Private Shopify app built and installed for your store.
  • AI workspace folder created for Codex, Claude or your chosen AI.
  • Brand, product, theme, page, SEO and content context loaded.
  • Workflows for page builds, CRO sections, product copy, blogs and QA.
  • Safety rules for duplicate themes, approvals and live-store changes.
  • Lifetime support to keep the brain updated and help you use it well.
  • Best for owners who want senior Shopify help without hiring a full team.

Safety

Powerful access, but not reckless access.

The goal is useful autonomy with sensible control. The AI can prepare real work, but the workspace includes rules for approval, staging and rollback.

A

Approval gates

Publishing live theme changes, destructive edits, ad spend and sensitive store settings stay behind approval rules.

S

Staged theme work

Theme development is prepared on duplicate themes first, with targeted file pushes and clear change summaries.

R

Rules in the brain

Your workspace tells the AI what it can do, what it must ask about, and how to document every important change.

Questions

Before your AI starts working inside your store.

What exactly do I get?

You get a private Shopify app built for your store, a trained AI workspace folder and lifetime support. The app is the access layer. The folder is the brain. Together they let Codex, Claude or another capable AI understand your store and safely do real Shopify work, while we keep the setup useful as your store changes.

What does lifetime support include?

It means we keep helping you get value from the setup after launch. We can update the brain as your brand, products, theme and workflows change, improve the guardrails, add better prompts or processes, and help you understand how to use your AI Store Manager properly.

Do I need to understand APIs or code?

No. We build the app, set up the access, map the store and create the workspace. You just open the folder with your AI tool and ask for the work you want done.

Can it publish changes to my live store?

It can prepare and implement changes, but live publishing stays controlled by your approval rules. The default workflow is duplicate theme first, targeted files only, then approval before live publishing.

How quickly can it be set up?

Most setups can be prepared within 1-2 working days once Shopify access is approved. More complex stores or wider business integrations may take longer.

Which AI does it work with?

The workspace is designed for capable coding and reasoning tools such as Codex and Claude. The important part is that the AI can read the folder, follow the workflows and use the access we configure.
