Custom Shopify app + AI workspace
We build a private Shopify app for your store. That app gives your AI safe, controlled access to do real work: design pages, develop sections, improve product pages, write content, strengthen SEO, increase conversion rate and manage store tasks.
Then we build the brain: a trained workspace folder with your brand, products, theme, pages, rules, guardrails and proven workflows baked in.
What it is
This is not another chatbot widget. It is a working setup that lets your AI understand the store and take action inside it, while still following clear safety rules.
We develop and install a private app for your store. This is the access layer that lets the AI do real Shopify work instead of only giving advice.
We create a folder that Codex, Claude or another capable AI can use as its operating base. It holds the store memory and the rules of the road.
How it works
The setup is deliberately simple for you. You approve access, we build the app and workspace, then you open the folder with Codex or Claude whenever you want store work done.
Send your Shopify URL and collaborator code. We request access and confirm the work the AI should be allowed to do.
The private Shopify app gives the AI controlled access to theme, content, products, SEO and store operations.
The workspace folder is loaded with your store knowledge, safety rules, examples, workflows and useful commands.
Open the folder with Codex or Claude and ask for store work. The AI already knows the store and the rules.
What it can do
You are not buying a magic button. You are giving a capable AI the access, memory and workflows it needs to produce real Shopify work much faster.
Ask for a landing page, seasonal campaign, about page, quiz page or offer page with custom sections and animation.
Build product-page sections, sticky CTAs, comparison blocks, FAQs, bundles, trust sections and merchandising ideas.
Write metadata, collection copy, blog briefs, internal links, schema notes, alt text and technical SEO action lists.
Clean up product copy, product types, tags, collections, metafields, comparison content and launch checklists.
Create emails, blogs, page copy, offer copy, product descriptions, support content and customer-facing explanations.
Review theme changes, find broken copy, check mobile issues, prepare rollback notes and explain exactly what changed.
Example asks
Use normal language. The point of the setup is that the AI already has your store context and the ability to act.
What it saves
A trained AI operator will not replace every specialist forever. It does reduce how often you need to brief one-off design, development, copy, SEO and admin jobs from scratch.
You also manage the briefs, feedback, handovers and waiting time between people.
The saving is not just cost. It is speed: the AI starts with the store context instead of asking you to re-explain everything.
Packages
Both packages include the two things that matter: the custom Shopify app and the AI workspace folder. Both also include lifetime support, so we keep the brain useful, update the workspace as your store changes and help you get the most out of the setup over time.
Store
For Shopify stores that want an AI operator for theme work, product pages, CRO sections, SEO, content and day-to-day store improvements.
Store + business
For stores that want the same Shopify AI setup plus marketing, analytics, email and wider business context in the brain folder.
Safety
The goal is useful autonomy with sensible control. The AI can prepare real work, but the workspace includes rules for approval, staging and rollback.
Publishing live theme changes, destructive edits, ad spend and sensitive store settings stay behind approval rules.
Theme development is prepared on duplicate themes first, with targeted file pushes and clear change summaries.
Your workspace tells the AI what it can do, what it must ask about, and how to document every important change.
Questions
You get a private Shopify app built for your store, a trained AI workspace folder and lifetime support. The app is the access layer. The folder is the brain. Together they let Codex, Claude or another capable AI understand your store and safely do real Shopify work, while we keep the setup useful as your store changes.
It means we keep helping you get value from the setup after launch. We can update the brain as your brand, products, theme and workflows change, improve the guardrails, add better prompts or processes, and help you understand how to use your AI Store Manager properly.
No. We build the app, set up the access, map the store and create the workspace. You just open the folder with your AI tool and ask for the work you want done.
It can prepare and implement changes, but live publishing stays controlled by your approval rules. The default workflow is duplicate theme first, targeted files only, then approval before live publishing.
Most setups can be prepared within 1-2 working days once Shopify access is approved. More complex stores or wider business integrations may take longer.
The workspace is designed for capable coding and reasoning tools such as Codex and Claude. The important part is that the AI can read the folder, follow the workflows and use the access we configure.
Book a short setup call. We will confirm what you want the AI to do, request Shopify access, build the private app, create the brain folder and support you for life as the setup grows with your store.
