Visit the Horizon Pro Manager page and click "Install on Shopify". You'll be redirected to your Shopify admin to approve the installation. The app will appear in your Apps section once installed.
Your license key is emailed to you automatically after purchasing Horizon Pro from neat.digital. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from hello@neat.digital with the subject line containing your license key.
If you can't find it, email us at hello@neat.digital with your order details and we'll resend it.
Double-check that you're entering the key exactly as it appears in your email, including dashes. License keys follow the format HP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
If you have a Single Store license, it can only be activated on one store. If you've already activated it on a different store, you'll need to deactivate it there first or upgrade to an Unlimited license.
Still having trouble? Email us at hello@neat.digital.
When we release a new version of Horizon Pro, you'll see an "Update Available" notification in the app. Click the update button to apply it — the app pushes updated files directly to your theme.
Your customisations are preserved. Protected files like settings_data.json and template JSON files are never overwritten, so your theme editor settings, section arrangements, and content stay exactly as they are.
No. The update system is designed to preserve your work. It only updates core section files, snippets, and assets. Your theme settings, template arrangements, and any custom code you've added to separate files are left untouched.
If you've directly modified a core Horizon Pro section file, the update will overwrite those specific changes. We recommend keeping custom modifications in separate files where possible.
Single Store license ($249) — Activates on one store only. You can deactivate and move it to a different store if needed.
Unlimited Stores license ($499) — Activates on unlimited stores. Ideal for agencies or merchants with multiple brands.
Go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Horizon Pro Manager → Remove app. Your theme files and customisations will remain intact — only the app is removed.
Your license remains valid. You can reinstall the app at any time and reactivate with the same license key.
The app only accesses your theme files (to deliver updates) and metaobjects (to store license status). It does not access customer data, orders, products, or any other store data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
