The Challenge
Bath & Pajama Society already had a distinctive voice: dapper, playful, international, and much more elevated than a typical children's sleepwear or bath brand. The issue was not a lack of personality. The store needed sharper proof, better product detail, stronger storytelling, cleaner review presentation, and a smoother path through the key bedtime categories.
Our Approach
We treated the work as a conversion and brand polish sprint rather than a generic redesign. The homepage was improved around the bedtime routine, product detail, and social proof. Product pages were tightened so shoppers could understand fit, fabric, care, details, reviews, and reasons to buy without feeling like they were reading a wall of copy. The Our Story experience was rebuilt as a more flexible storytelling page that matched the brand's tone and gave the founders a cleaner way to explain the world they are building.
Because this is a lifestyle brand with a strong point of view, the design choices had to support the voice without slipping into cutesy ecommerce. The result is polished, warm, and practical for parents actually trying to choose the right pajamas, bath toys, or sensory pieces.
